• Able to handle 15 deals at any one time liaising between vendor/seller and buyer/investor for project value from RMB300 million to over RMB3 billion for an entire building in prime location.

• China Market exposure covering Beijing, Northern China - Dalian, Tianjin, Shenyang, Qingdao, Hainan Island, Chengdu, Xian and Shanghai. Properties categories: Residential, serviced apartment, hotels, retail, office, land, financing, etc. also industrial/IT properties
